If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, we accept returns on all unworn items within 7 days of your purchase. We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for both US and international customers. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to submit a return.Returns are not possible for “Final sale” or “Made to order” jewelry. For our US customers, a return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of submitting your return (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will also need to arrange your own method of shipping for returning your order. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $9.99 USD return shipping fee. The refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.

With USPS, we sometimes see that a package will be marked as "delivered" even though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume/ holiday shipping. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours to account for potential internal USPS delays. Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. Your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft.If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number.
